X-TAON GroupB - The Art Car Texturing Contest Entry

This is my entry for Allegorithmic's Substance Painter X-TAON Art Car competition at:

Initially I drew inspiration from Group B rally cars from 1980 and earlier eras and ran with it.
In the end I think it turned out nice and due to the design of the model it has quite a lot in common with modern GT and DTM race series designs.

All of the texture painting and design was created within Substance Painter using a range of generators, filters, masks and materials.
Photoshop was used to create decals and masks which were imported into Substance Painter and used to add additional details onto the textures.

All images are rendered within Substance Painter using I-Ray at 4K - 3840x2160px with minimum samples set at 2500.
